When will my products be available for pick-up?

We take orders once a month and then pick it up from Tennessee, bring it back to Huntsville for customers to pick it up. We will contact you when your products are ready to be picked up.

When will you have honey available?

Honey will be available as supplies last. This is based on how much honey our busy bees produce! Please check back soon to see if honey is in stock!

I am not in the Huntsville area, do you ship?

We do not typically ship our products, however we can. Please contact us before ordering.

Do you accept returns?

At this time we do not accept returns, sorry for the inconvenience.

Do you exchange products?

We do accept exchanges, however this subjected to case by case basis.

I need to cancel my order, can I do so?

Orders may canceled, however it is subject to a 10% restocking fee.
